If there’s one thing I’ve learned about money, it’s this: money moves where there’s intention.
I used to believe success meant being booked solid—fully scheduled, always working, constantly giving. But the more I chased that vision, the more I realized I wasn’t actually investing in the life I wanted. I was spending—my time, my energy, and my money—on things that kept me stuck.
That’s when everything changed.
Money as Energy and Amplifier
I hear holistic professionals say, “I’m not in it for the money” all the time. And while I understand the sentiment (and have said it myself), my response is always:
"Great, let’s make you a millionaire."
Not because the number itself matters, but because money is energy—it amplifies who you are and what you stand for. And in an industry that perpetuates a story of lack around money, it’s time we rewrite the narrative.
When you recognize that money is energy, money follows intention, and money loves purpose, your relationship with it shifts. How you receive, utilize, and allow money to flow in your life becomes part of your transformation.
So now? My investments are intentional.
This year, I’m investing in things that give me more time, more freedom, more impact, and more income—because every intentional move, no matter how small, creates momentum.
What I’m Investing in This Year
1. Clarity Over Chaos: More Focus, Less Noise
When things feel uncertain, clarity is the best investment. I’m doubling down on:
✔ Simplified systems that give me time back
✔ Prioritizing energy and well-being (because I am my greatest asset)
✔ Refining what already works instead of chasing distractions
Success isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most.
2. Skills & Education: Expansion from the Inside Out
I teach embodiment, which means I have to live it first. The biggest investment I always make in my business is in myself. This year is no different. I’m investing in:
✔ Refining my coaching skills
✔ Growing my leadership inside my community and beyond
✔ Completing my next book
When I invest in myself, the impact ripples out to my clients, my community, and my family.
3. Support & Systems: Freedom Requires Structure
I’ve learned that trying to do everything myself only leads to burnout. The more I simplify and systematize, the more freedom I create. So this year, I’m investing in:
✔ A strong team so I can stay in my zone of genius
✔ Smart systems that free up time and make growth seamless
✔ Mentorship & collaboration because big visions require big conversations

4. Experiences Over Things
This year, I’m prioritizing experiences over stuff.
✔ My son loves trains—so we’re traveling to see historical railroads together. Watching the world through his eyes reminds me why I built this business in the first place.
✔ I’m setting up a solo retreat to finish my next book. Because some things deserve space, focus, and full commitment.
When you look back at your life, it’s not the things you’ll remember—it’s the moments.
What I’m NOT Investing In
If it doesn’t align, simplify, or support my bigger vision, it’s a no. This year, I’m saying no to:
🚫 Clutter—physical, mental, or digital. If it doesn’t create space, it’s taking up space.
🚫 Shiny objects that promise “quick wins” but don’t actually move the needle.
🚫 Overcomplication. If I need five apps to make something work, I don’t need it.
🚫 Spending out of fear or uncertainty.
🚫 “More for the sake of more.” More clients, more content, more offers—it’s not about quantity. It’s about alignment.
🚫 Companies, coaches, and programs that don’t care for the collective whole. My investments reflect my values—if it doesn’t align with integrity, community, and embodied leadership, it’s not for me.
This year is about investing in the life I want to live, not just keeping up with the one I’ve outgrown.
Your Role in Healing Collective Disconnection
If money moves where there’s intention, then we have to ask: Where are we directing our energy?
Right now, people are feeling the weight of everything happening in the world—the uncertainty, the unrest, the energy shifts. They may not be able to name it, but they feel it. And in that uncertainty, many are looking for something real, something grounding, something that helps them reconnect.
That’s where you come in.
Your clients aren’t just booking a session because their back hurts. They’re seeking a sense of alignment—within themselves, their lives, and their choices.
That hour-long massage, that coaching session, that space you hold? It’s not just about relief—it’s about reconnection.A moment where they can breathe, feel present, and experience clarity in a world that thrives on distraction. And how they carry that energy back into their lives? That’s what shifts everything.
But here’s the part most practitioners overlook:
Your ability to create that kind of impact is directly tied to how well you support yourself.
To do this work—to truly lead and hold space for others—you need structure. You need systems that allow you to show up fully, not burned out. You need offers that reflect the depth of transformation you provide. And yes, you need to be willing to receive money for the life-changing work you do.
Because money follows intention.
If you’re clear about the impact you want to make…
If you set up structures that allow you to serve at your highest level…
If you allow yourself to receive, not just give…
Money becomes a vehicle for change. It moves through you, amplifying your work, your mission, and your ability to lead in ways the world desperately needs.
This isn’t just about making more money. It’s about shifting the way we hold money and allowing it to support the work that matters most.
Because your work matters.
Intentional Moves Create Big Shifts
It doesn’t have to be a huge investment. Sometimes, the smallest intentional decisions create the biggest ripples:
✔ A book that comes with a free course (like this one!)
✔ A new system that gives you back hours each day (here’s the one I use)
✔ A conversation that shifts everything (my team is ready to help you activate your next level here!)
When you invest with clarity—whether in your time, your business, your well-being—you create momentum. You step out of survival mode and into leadership.
And that leadership is exactly what the world needs right now.
You Are a Gift to This World.
